eTIM is a program used by Company’ departments for the preparation, translation and publication to the web of technical documents, in order to keep the service network informed of: product recalls, product updates, maintenance, repair procedures, guarantees, workshop tools and equipment and diagnostics.
The Company offers Independent Operators the possibility to acquire the technical knowledge necessary for the repair of Company’ Products on the same terms as the Company’s Authorized Service Network. This is available through access to an enormous library of technical documentation, updated on a daily basis with the latest developments in the field of repair/service.
